Well, we put our house on the market on Monday, 7/14...the first couple we showed it to on 7/19, put in an offer on 7/21 and we took it. We got it for $2000 less than what we were asking, and now - the house we want, she accepted our offer as well. We will be closing on 2 houses in 1 day, moving out of one and into another. Wish us luck!!
