1st Trimester...Check!

Well, I've made it through my first trimester. It's been a busy one. We sold our old house, bought another, remodeled Lia's room and our room. Lia started 7th grade and turned 12, while Jaxon turned 5. Our bestest friends, Norm & Jodi, got married in Vegas (by Elvis). Funniest wedding ever...

This first trimester has been filled with nauseating moments of dry heaves and puking, back aches, hip aches, and cravings such as mexican food, or peanut M&Ms, or my mother's no-bake oatmeal peanut butter cookies. I'm nearing the end of feeling sick all the time, but I still have moments that overtake me, especially when I'm not expecting it or wanting...of course whoever wants it.

It seems like everywhere I turn, someone is having a baby. My friend Kiana found out she was expecting and 17 weeks along. Let's just say, completely unexpected and welcomed surprised. Two of my friends are due in the next 4 weeks, while one of my coworkers is due in December. I just wish it were April. I want to see our baby, see who he/she looks like more - me or Mike. Since Jaxon is his twin and Lia is mine, it has turned into a competition. We both agreed that if it had my dark hair and his light eyes, what a lady killer he would be if he were a boy OR how the guys would be a callin' if she were a girl (picture Mike cleaning his guns). However he/she looks, I'm sure beautiful will best describe our baby.

Well, I better get off this computer and try to be productive. All I've been is a pregnant, lazy blob...and amazingly enough - I've lost weight. Go figure...
